Pilot terms

Updated 11 October 2026.

These terms cover the cpg.computer pilot between your company ("you") and Culture Classic Ventures, LLC, 110 E 25th St, New York, NY 10016 ("we"). cpg.computer is made with Listen. Questions go to hello@cpg.computer.

What the pilot is

We set up a private computer in the cloud for your team, host the app you build, and help you build it. The pilot is by invitation and free: we pay for the computer and the hosting while it runs.

What's yours

Your code, your data, and your accounts with Shopify and your coding agent's provider are yours. You give us a limited license to store and process them only to run cpg.computer for you. You can take your code and data with you at any time.

What you bring

What we can access, and why

Our software has full access to your computer so we can set it up, keep it healthy and help you. Our team uses that access only for those reasons, and we record every terminal session we open on your computer. We don't look at your data unless you ask us to help with it. The privacy policy has the details.

Sharing with Listen

Sharing with Listen is optional, off by default, and set per screen of your app. When it's on, Listen's investment team can view the screens you share, and nothing else. You can turn it off at any time. Sharing gives Listen no ownership of your data.

Using it well

Availability

This is a pilot. We work to keep your computer and app running, and we'll tell you about planned work in advance, but we don't promise uptime. Keep anything important pushed to your repository; your computer can be rebuilt, unpushed work can't.

Ending the pilot

Either of us can end the pilot with 14 days' notice by email. When it ends, we give you your code, an export of your app's database and a list of your app's settings, and we delete your computer, app and repository within 30 days.

Liability

We provide cpg.computer as it is, without warranties, during the pilot. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is the greater of $200 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You'll cover claims that come from how you use cpg.computer or from breaking these terms.

Law and disputes

New York law governs these terms. Disputes go to binding arbitration with JAMS in New York County, on an individual basis, not as a class action.
